Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading all aspects of finance: forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, reporting—the entire scope.
  • Owning strategic financial planning and partnering with leadership to drive business growth.
  • Developing financial models that enable us to anticipate challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Presenting investor reports with clarity and confidence.
  • Ensuring audits, compliance, and legal coordination with external partners.
  • Building a small yet effective finance function that scales with the business.

Requirements:

  • CA with 6–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in startups,e-commerce, fashion, or marketplaces.
  • A deep understanding of consumer businesses and marketplace economics.
  • Strategic finance expertise—you're not just operational; you think big and long-term.
  • Experience building financial systems and models from scratch.
  • Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without losing accuracy.
