Seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong creative and problem-solving skills to develop intuitive, aesthetically refined digital experiences.

  • User Experience Design: Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to define clear, user-centred design solutions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetics and usability go hand in hand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Requirements
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms is required.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar is essential.
  • A sound understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles is necessary.
  • A strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy is also required.
  • The ability to create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes is expected.
  • Experience working with developers to translate designs into functional products is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
  • Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
Preferred Skills
  • A working knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) for design feasibility discussions is beneficial.
  • An understanding of UI motion/interaction design (micro-interactions, transitions) is an advantage.
  • Exposure to UI/UX for enterprise applications, SaaS products, or complex platforms is valuable.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) is highly regarded.
  • Experience working with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins, ChatGPT for UX writing) is an asset.
