About the Role

Our ideal candidate is a creative UI/UX Designer with a strong understanding of modern design trends, able to craft impactful visuals and user-friendly designs. The role involves designing social media creatives, high-conversion landing pages, and intuitive interfaces that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design compelling social media posts aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Create conversion-optimized landing pages to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Elevate designs by adhering to modern design principles and trends for maximum impact.
  • Work with Figma to develop and maintain scalable design systems.
  • Apply color theory, typography, and layout design to deliver aesthetic and functional outcomes.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback to continually improve user experience and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, landing pages, and modern UI/UX designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma is required.
  • Deep understanding of color usage, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them to business needs.
  • Balance creativity with performance-driven design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with motion graphics/animations for social media.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for better design-to-development handoff.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
