
Business Development Relationship Executive

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the banking and investments relationships of clients and driving business growth from high net worth individuals (HNI), non-resident Indians (NRI), and ultra high net worth individuals (UHNI) segments.
- Develop and manage customer relationships by providing exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.
- Identify and capitalize on current and potential revenue-generating relationships.
- Meet sales targets across various products such as investments, liabilities, retail assets, business banking, foreign exchange, cards, and others.
- Promote the full range of consumer and commercial products to existing and potential HNI/NRI clients.
- Drive higher product penetration and deepen mapped relationships to increase wallet share with the bank.
- Ensure portfolio quality by regularly engaging with each mapped relationship and maintaining desired relationship values.
- Provide financial planning and investment advisory services to HNI/NRI clients through careful analysis and identification of customer needs.
- Generate fee income through products like mutual funds, investments, and insurance.
