We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for the company. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to understand client needs to offer the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Pitch company products/services to potential clients and close deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
