Job Title: Business Development Executive / Marketing Executive – Hotel ERP Software, Cloud Payroll & Manufacturing ERP

Job Type:

Full-Time | Location: H.P. & Uttarakhand

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Outreach

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns targeting hotels, resorts, and hospitality chains
  • Promote software features like PMS, billing, front desk, inventory, and reporting tools
  • Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives (Google Ads, SEO, social media, email)

Lead Generation & Events

  • Conduct hotel visits, demos, and presentations (online and offline)
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, trade fairs, and hospitality networks
  • Coordinate and participate in industry events, expos, and webinars

Content & Collateral

  • Create brochures, video scripts, emailers, and case studies
  • Collaborate with design/content teams for campaigns
  • Maintain CRM updates and reports on campaign effectiveness

Sales Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with conversion goals
  • Qualify leads and support the handover to the sales or pre-sales team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Min. 2–3 years of experience in software/ERP/IT or hospitality industry preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel operations or property management software is a plus
  • Proficient in digital tools: Google Ads, CRM, email marketing, social media(Optional)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel (for hotel visits, demos, expos)

Salary: A Good hike on the existing salary with incentives + travel allowance.
