Workday Talent Consultant Job

We are seeking a seasoned Workday consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers to design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions.

Your primary focus will be on Talent Management, but we anticipate expansion into other HCM business process areas in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Workday expert, leveraging knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Analyze customer business requirements and provide recommendations for optimal Workday solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Active Workday Certification in Talent.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday implementation or support.
  • Detailed understanding of Talent Management processes.
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a certified Workday consultant.
Work Environment:

This role requires working in various environments, including remote settings and client sites. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Travel:

As required by clients or business needs.

Work Hours:

45 hours expected per week during normal business hours, with additional overtime as needed.
