As a Client Servicing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily client interactions and delivering exceptional service. You will work closely with the team to understand client objectives and develop effective communication strategies.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a proven track record of building successful relationships with clients.
You will also assist in drafting communication materials, gathering insights, and contributing to thought-leadership initiatives. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality outputs on time and provide operational support to the Unit Lead/Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client requirements and queries.
- Understand client objectives and ensure smooth communication with clarity.
- Support the team in maintaining positive client relationships.
- Assist in drafting communication materials such as briefing notes, presentations, and one-pagers.
- Gather insights, case studies, and industry news to support client deliverables.
- Contribute to thought-leadership and reputation management initiatives under guidance.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, strategy, execution) to deliver quality outputs on time.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure processes run smoothly.
- Provide operational support to the Unit Lead/Manager for client projects.
- Conduct basic research, competitor benchmarking, and trend tracking.
- Monitor industry and digital trends to identify potential communication opportunities.
- Spot small opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Support the team in preparing pitches and proposals.
- Assist in preparing performance reports with clear insights and learnings.
- Ensure reports are accurate, structured, and aligned with client expectations.
- 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, communications, PR, or related fields.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good writing and presentation abilities.
- Awareness of digital media, influencers, and media landscapes.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
