Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for various products, including voice, data, and value-added services, across all franchise stores in the zone.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of customer acquisitions through these stores.
- Ensure timely restocking of products while adhering to company norms.
- Deliver overall revenue targets through the franchise channel.
- Develop strategies to enhance up-selling and cross-selling capabilities.
- Facilitate the rollout of new franchise stores, selecting suitable partners and locations, and meeting expansion targets.
- Coach channel partners to improve operational efficiency and adherence to processes.
- Resolve issues specific to franchise stores within set timeframes.
- Maintain high motivation levels among channel partners through regular performance reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in customer handling or retention management.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with peers and seniors.
- Excellent data analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and process improvements.
- Prior experience in the telecom industry is mandatory.
- Graduate in any field, with additional qualifications in data analytics and process improvements.
