Our team comprises three experienced cofounders, each with over twenty years of track record in investment banking, corporate venture capital, and technology sectors. We are backed by renowned investors, including East Ventures, Vulcan Capital, Nyca Partners, MassMutual Ventures, Endiya Partners, Citi, Alto Partners, and numerous marquee angel investors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Clients Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, guiding them through the onboarding journey and ensuring a smooth transition to the Qapita platform.
  • Data Expertise: Assist clients in gathering, validating, and uploading their data, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver engaging training sessions that empower clients to maximize their platform experience.
  • Process Innovation: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding process, suggesting improvements and contributing to the company's growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handovers and ongoing support.
  • Documentation and Support: Create and maintain onboarding checklists, guides, and FAQs, providing essential resources for clients.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Address technical issues and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing questions and concerns in a timely manner.

Your Background and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years in client onboarding, customer success, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in equity management, cap tables, and ESOPs; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
