At Prakruti, we are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to spearhead our HR efforts.

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Karwar. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes having experience of 8-10 years. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR Management and metrics
  • A thorough understanding of HR systems, databases, and labor laws
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • The ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
