Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Karwar. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes having experience of 8-10 years . Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Human Resources Management and HR metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and labor laws
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing nutraceuticals and herbal industry is a plus
