Lead HR Manager for Resort Properties

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead and manage the HR function across multiple resort properties.

The role requires strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations with a solid understanding of the hospitality industry.

• Lead and manage the HR function across assigned resort properties.
• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring timely hiring of quality candidates.
• Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
• Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
• Implement performance management processes and provide structured feedback.
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention.
• Maintain employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and succession management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with at least 68 years of progressive HR experience and at least 3 years in the hospitality sector (hotels/resorts).

Skillsets Required:

• Strong knowledge of hospitality HR practices and labor laws.
• Expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in payroll management, HRMS, and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong employee relations and conflict management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives to business goals.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and handle diverse workforce challenges.
