Senior Cloud Operations Specialist

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our efforts to transform the talent acquisition landscape by delivering innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective recruitment solutions tailored to today's business needs.

About the Job:

  • You will design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated and secure deployments.
  • Deploy, monitor, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Manage and scale cloud infrastructure across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration via Kubernetes.
  • Integrate security tools and controls into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
  • Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for infrastructure and model performance.
  • Implement testing automation across the software lifecycle.
  • Maintain version control, ensure code integrity, and promote best practices in DevOps.
  • Conduct code reviews, internal training sessions, and participate in tool evaluations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and monitoring/logging tools.
  • Familiarity with Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Git.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and LLM deployment/modelops.
