IT Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the approval of all IT procurement projects and ensuring adherence to Group Procurement Policies.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in procurement or invoice analysis, preferably in the IT Procurement space.
  • Solid knowledge of IT industry procurements, including hardware, software, services, and telecom.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to details and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist IT Procurement office in facilitating the approval of all IT procurement projects.
  2. Work closely with internal teams to provide procurement services to stakeholders within the company.
  3. Support IT RFx sourcing projects and vendor comparison analyses.
  4. Liaise with vendors and internal clients globally for IT procurement operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, procurement, or similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as Procurement or Invoice analyst or similar position within the Procure-to-Pay function.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English.
