Product Manager Lead for Consumer Goods

We are seeking a Product Manager Lead for our Consumer Goods team at Quantzig. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of the product discovery process, including defining outcomes, gathering insights, and translating them into features and user stories.
  • Ensure technical skills align with business needs and lead the implementation of Agile methodologies, particularly sprint-based development.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
  • Deep understanding of the product discovery process, including defining outcomes, gathering insights, and translating them into features and user stories.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly sprint-based development, and experience working with tools like Azure DevOps for managing the product backlog.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, as the role involves working closely with developers based in China.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes, which can help in understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in the industry.
  • Experience with continuous delivery and rapid iteration, enabling faster time-to-market and ongoing product optimization.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL and data visualization, to derive actionable insights from user data.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
