About the Role:

At Healthify, we're seeking an experienced Consumer Product Innovation Manager to lead our product strategy and development. This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful solutions using innovative technologies like AI in the consumer tech space.

Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for someone who can identify and address user pain points by leveraging data-driven insights and emerging technologies, including AI, to drive product innovation and deliver impactful solutions that enhance user experience in B2C or consumer-facing products.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to initiate and prioritize technology-driven projects, leading the integration of AI and other technologies to enhance user experience and product functionality while defining project scope, timelines, and success metrics.
  • This role requires collaboration with engineering teams to assess existing systems and design technology-driven solutions, including AI-powered features, to improve product performance and ensure seamless integration in consumer tech environments.
  • You will be responsible for driving product lifecycle management, owning the product from conception through development, testing, and adoption, ensuring smooth integration of new features and prioritizing user experience.
  • We need someone who can develop product strategy and roadmap, incorporating AI and other technologies to align with business goals, maximize user satisfaction, and stay competitive in the B2C space.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in AI/ML or technology-driven products that have demonstrated impact on user metrics, especially in B2C or consumer tech.
  • You should have an analytical and data-driven mindset, strong ability to use data and technology tools, including AI, to analyze user behavior and optimize product performance.
  • Experience with consumer tech data analytics is a plus.
  • We're looking for someone with a customer-centric approach, focused on understanding customer needs and continuously improving the user experience with the right mix of technology.
  • Possession of familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and machine learning concepts is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills are required to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial experience in startups or fast-paced environments, particularly with AI or technology products, is a plus.
  • A top-tier Engineering degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is required.
  • An MBA from a top-tier business school is highly preferred.
