Job Overview

The ideal candidate will serve as a technical specialist with broad knowledge and deep domain expertise in Oracle HCM Suite. This role requires an individual contributor with the ability to interact with global teams on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, upgrades testing etc.
  • Interacting with offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional in two or more modules: Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL.
  • Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Resolving production tickets, patch testing, change requests, and requirement analysis and documentation of the respective Oracle environment.
Essential Skills

  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
  • Strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules: Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion).
  • Efficient and effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
