Valueverse Consulting is a leader in Oracle HCM services. We're seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Position: Senior Technical Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, and Extracts.
- Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
- Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
- Implementation expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
- Technical skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
