Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes to evaluate Contact center performance.
2. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
4. Provide coaching and training to agents to enhance performance and adherence to quality standards.
5. Monitor adherence to regulatory compliance requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a Quality Analyst role within the Contact center industry.
2. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing audits, reviews, and assessments.
4. Effective communication skills to provide constructive feedback and interact with stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in using quality tools, software, and systems.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality.
