Contact Center Planning Associate Job Summary:

The Contact Center Planning Associate will be responsible for providing real-time support to the Contact Center, improving overall queue performance management, and achieving operational goals. This individual will work closely with business partners to review service performance and drivers, identify plan discrepancies in real-time results, and perform root cause analysis.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years Customer Service/Contact Center experience or Workforce Management experience
  • Previous financial service industry experience
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Ability to take initiative, seek out root causes, and explain business performance
