Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Contact Center Specialist .
The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions using Avaya/Cisco platforms.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement contact center solutions using Avaya/Cisco UCCE components.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot UCCE components.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and support.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of Avaya/Cisco UCCE components and call flow.
- Experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of UCCE components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
