Job Title: Service Team Leader

Are you a skilled professional with expertise in technical services and customer support? We are seeking a Service Team Leader to strengthen our service network and play a vital role in installation, maintenance, and technical support for our products across customer sites.

This is a field-based role that requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service with frequent travel. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing products at customer locations, diagnosing issues efficiently, and resolving warranty complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair products at customer locations.
  • Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, visits, and complaint status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
  • Share field feedback and insights with internal teams to improve product performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial or railway equipment.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and across the country.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proactive, reliable, and committed to service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or railway industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of service documentation and complaint tracking will be an advantage.
