About the Role

This is a senior-level position within our organization responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring seamless project delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a strong background in clinical trial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company and sponsor requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training on new regulations and industry developments.
  • Represent the department at meetings, presentations, and initiatives as required.
  • Consult with clients on best practices for clinical trial management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., business, life sciences).
  • 8+ years of experience in clinical trial management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
