Senior Statistical Programming Lead

This role involves strategic leadership and vision to steer the programming function in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end programming strategy including SDTM, ADaM, and TLF development for enhanced efficiency and quality.
  • Manage a team of statistical programmers with strong focus on project metrics and oversight.
  • Develop and implement safety and efficacy programming strategies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with clinical teams across Phases I, II, III & IV.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in project management and people leadership.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in overseeing project metrics and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in R or Python programming languages is highly desirable.
