Senior Information Management Leader

Job Overview

This senior leadership role in our Business Information Management Practice oversees the overall vision, strategy, delivery and operations of key accounts. The individual will work closely with a global executive team, subject matter experts, solution architects, project managers and client teams to develop and execute Big Data Solutions. They must effectively communicate project status, risks, solutions, and other critical information to internal management, client sponsors, and senior leaders.

• Responsible for delivering at least $10M+ revenue using information management solutions: Big Data, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Master Data Management System, Business Intelligence & Reporting solutions, IT Architecture Consulting, Cloud Platforms (AWS/AZURE), SaaS/PaaS based solutions.
• Practice and Team Leadership Role:

• Able to handle multiple projects/programs while meeting deadlines and documenting progress towards those deadlines.

• Leadership skills to coach, mentor, and develop senior and middle-level staff to become future leaders.
• Be recognized as a thought leader in a specific aspect of Information Management technology or Pharma domain.
• Directs training and skill enhancement of the team in line with pipeline opportunities.
• Able to lead large RFP responses, design, and implement solutions for proposals and customer decks.
• Assists in generating order pipelines, road shows, and developing Go-to-market strategies for regions and verticals.
• Create market-facing collaterals as required.
• Able to write white papers, blogs, and technical/functional point-of-view content.

Requirements

• MBA in Business Management
• Bachelor of Computer Science

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Candidate should have 18+ years of prior experience (preferably including at least 5 years in Pharma Commercial domain) in delivering customer-focused information management solutions: Big Data, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Master Data Management System, Business Intelligence & Reporting solutions, IT Architecture Consulting, Cloud Platforms (AWS/AZURE), SaaS/PaaS based solutions.
• Should have successfully done 4-5 end-to-end DW implementations using technologies: Big Data, Data Management and BI technologies such as Redshift, Hadoop, ETL tools like Informatica/Matillion/Talend, BI tools like Qlik/MSTR/Tableau, Dataiku/Knime and Cloud Offerings from AWS/Azure.
• Ability to lead large RFP responses, design, and implement solutions for proposals and customer decks.
• Should have led large teams of at least 100+ resources.
• Good communication, client-facing, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of databases, SQL, reporting solutions like BI tools or Excel/VBA.
