Lead Health Information Management Team

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Health Information Management team.

About the Role:
  • Coding certification from AHIMA/AAPC is a must.
  • A minimum of 16 - 25 years of medical coding experience is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple coding specialties and operations.
  • Strong people & process management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Senior Group Leaders/Group Leaders/Assistant managers/Managers/AGM/DGM/AD/Director to ensure SLA is met.
  2. Work out the impact of client requests in terms of time, effort, and resource cost.
  3. Increase value add as well as revenue share from clients.
  4. Implement client requirements and goals strategically.
  5. Manage revenue and costs at both client and organizational levels.
  6. Ensure operational excellence and high performance from Associates.
  7. Create awareness for driving projects and process improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • A minimum of 16 years' experience in coding is necessary.
  • A minimum of 1.5 years' experience as Director is required.
  • Certification from AAPC / AHIMA is a must.
  • Experience in coding is strongly recommended.
  • Excellent leadership skills are essential.
