Job Title: Strategic Commercial Leader

The Role:

As a seasoned commercial leader, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of information management solutions that deliver exceptional customer value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, and operate big data solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to deliver at least $10M+ revenue using information management solutions.
  • Lead high-performing teams of 100+ resources, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
  • Collaborate with global executive teams, subject matter experts, solution architects, project managers, and client teams to design and implement end-to-end DW implementations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, client sponsors, and senior leaders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage Big Data, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Master Data Management System, Business Intelligence & Reporting solutions, IT Architecture Consulting, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure), SaaS/PaaS based solutions.

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of experience in delivering customer-focused information management solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large RFP responses, designing, and implementing solutions for proposals and customer decks.
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases, SQL, reporting solutions like BI tools or Excel/VBA.
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership skills.
