We are seeking a skilled professional to engage with customers through effective communication, building long-lasting relationships and providing timely solutions to their inquiries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Employ persuasive communication techniques to highlight the value proposition of our products and services.
- Sales Performance: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets by utilizing consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Query Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges.
Desirable Skills:
- Proven experience in sales conversion, preferably in the relevant sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
