Key Account Manager

  • Review client contracts at a global level including master service agreements, partnership agreements, reseller agreements, and other commercial contracts.
  • Negotiate and draft vendor contracts such as purchase of goods and services, equipment lease agreements, subscription agreements etc.
  • Draft real estate agreements such as lease agreements, maintenance agreements, fit out agreements, etc.
  • Negotiate technology contracts such as license agreements, content subscription agreements, website terms and conditions, EULA, App terms of Use etc.
  • Provide advisory support on employment/HR matters across jurisdictions.

We are looking for:

  • A law graduate from a reputed law college (CS qualification is a plus).
  • 8-12 years post-qualification experience.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident individuals who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
