Lead Cybersecurity Training Programs

This is a high-level leadership role within a cybersecurity training center responsible for leading the development and execution of cybersecurity education initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the curriculum development, managing training delivery, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of all cybersecurity education initiatives.
  • Strategic planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the success in building a skilled cybersecurity workforce.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Overall experience of 12+ years with at least 8-10 years in cybersecurity training roles.
  • Experience in working or managing cybersecurity-related training programs.
  • Good technical knowledge of cybersecurity domains, including but not limited to: Network Security, Cloud Security, Incident Response.

Responsibilities will include:

Academic Partnerships
  • Engaging with leading universities and academies.
  • Designing and developing curriculum for cybersecurity capacity building.
  • Defining learning pedagogy based on stakeholder requirements and roles.
  • Driving collaborations with industry experts and academia.
Strategic Planning & Leadership
  • Developing a comprehensive cybersecurity training roadmap.
  • Identifying industry trends and emerging threats to ensure the training program remains relevant and up-to-date.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps.
  • Designing and executing capacity building initiatives.
Curriculum Development & Management
  • Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of cybersecurity training courses, workshops, and certifications.

Qualifications include:

  • BE/BTech degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
  • MCA/M.E./M.Tech/MSc in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATION include:

  • An advanced degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology.
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, MBA (Technology Management)
