Email Security Specialist required for leading client:
">Location: Gurugram (On-site)
">Experience: 4–8 years
">Type: Full-Time (General Shift)
">Domain: Cybersecurity / Email Security / Threat Protection
">About the Role:
">We are seeking skilled engineers with experience in email security platforms who can be trained to deliver high-quality deployments, configurations, and support for global clients.
">This is a great opportunity to work on enterprise-grade cybersecurity products and become an early member of a fast-growing security practice. The dealing is going to be for the Indian Market.
">Key Responsibilities:
">• Assist in the deployment and configuration of security solutions (e.g., Email Protection, TAP, DLP, Security Awareness, etc.)
">• Work closely with clients to understand security needs, design appropriate configurations, and ensure successful implementations
">• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email flow, phishing, malware, encryption, and policy enforcement
">• Work with internal teams and support to escalate and resolve complex problems
">• Maintain documentation and support handover materials for clients
">• Participate in training programs and certifications to gain expertise
">Required Skills & Experience:
">• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with email security or cybersecurity solutions
">Prior experience with any of the following tools:
">Mimecast, Cisco Secure Email (IronPort), Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Symantec/Broadcom, Barracuda, Trend Micro, Fortinet, etc.
">Understanding of Email Protocols:
">SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
