Key Engineering Position

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Technical Leader to spearhead the development of high-performance systems. This individual will be responsible for making key technical decisions, designing scalable architectures, and driving critical initiatives from concept to deployment.

Job Responsibilities:

Required Skills:
  • 8-12 years backend development experience
  • Deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate)
  • Hands-on developer with ability to code, architect, and lead by example
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders - Product teams, Clients, and Cross-functional tech teams
  • Distributed systems experience with event-driven architectures
  • NoSQL databases (ScyllaDB, MongoDB)
  • Performance optimization and latency tuning skills
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects
