**Job Description**This is a leadership role that involves overseeing the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading global teams and has a deep understanding of cloud and on-prem technologies.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving alignment with the company's IT strategy, ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of infrastructure platforms, and owning and improving SLAs and KPIs.Additionally, the candidate will need to champion operational enablement, compliance, and security best practices, lead the transformation from legacy systems to modern infrastructure, and support DevOps toolchain integration and Infrastructure as Code adoption.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing global or regional teams.
  • 5+ year experience working within a public cloud environment. Must have a good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Must have experience with traditional data center infrastructure (storage, compute, network, backup, monitoring).
  • Previous experience implementing container strategies, i.e. Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, ECS, GKE.
  • Hands-on familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Proven track record of leading modernization initiatives, including DevOps support, automation including CI/CD/CM, SRE facilitation and tool rationalization.
  • Experience managing compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI, ISO) and high-security environments. Configuring and supporting the implementation & maintenance security tools.
  • Previous experience working with Agile Development Practices (SDLC / Agile / Scrum methodologies).
  • Good communication, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to be hands-on when needed.
