About the Role:
A Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile practices within Salesforce projects, specifically focusing on FSL implementations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, and experience in leading daily scrum calls, review calls, and sprint planning.

Main Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, capturing feedback, and implementing actionable changes to enhance team performance and product quality.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project goals, requirements, and priorities.
- Identify and address any impediments or roadblocks that hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to remove barriers and ensure a smooth development process.

Requirements:
- Graduation from any stream, must have sound knowledge of Agile.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work with diverse teams, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with IT operations and good knowledge of Technology Services as a whole.
- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM), preferably with hands-on experience in Jira-like tools.
