Network Engineering Position

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, configure, manage, and troubleshoot networks that support our global clients.

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with IT teams across regions to ensure high uptime, security, and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Network Design and Management: Design, configure, and manage LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot network outages and provide timely resolutions.
  • Security Measures: Implement and maintain network security measures in compliance with industry standards.
  • Migrations and Upgrades: Support network migrations and upgrades, including cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document configurations, processes, and incident reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional IT and operations teams to deliver seamless support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in network engineering/administration.
  • Certifications: CCNA/CCNP (or equivalent).
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP.
  • Firewall Management and VPN Technologies: Strong knowledge of firewall management and VPN technologies.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Global Interaction: Strong communication skills to interact with global clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud Networking Experience: Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Automation Tools: Exposure to network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting).
  • ITIL Processes: Familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • Additional Certifications: Additional certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Juniper certifications.
