Job Overview

As a system configuration specialist, you will assist program leaders with EtQ Reliance configurations and global web-based application support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to users of the EtQ Reliance application via telephone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Troubleshoot system issues with users and resolve problems with software vendors as necessary.
  • Perform system administration duties, including updating website information content, system data changes, and configuration updates.
  • Assist with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
  • Develop and execute test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
  • Support software validation and change control activities.
  • Develop visualizations using Excel, Tableau, and other tools to communicate complex data insights.
  • Develop training materials to enhance team knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong organization skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A passion for helping others succeed and working collaboratively as a team player is required.
  • Experience with system troubleshooting and investigating root causes is valuable.
  • Familiarity with Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
  • SQL experience is required.
  • Prior scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript) is beneficial.
  • SharePoint experience is a plus.
