About this Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our offshore team and play a critical role in implementing and configuring Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders and Product Management to understand requirements, processes, and business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into Workday configurations, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules as per business requirements.
  • Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
  • Ensure timely delivery of Workday configurations and support change management activities.
  • Act as an anchor resource for the offshore team and provide leadership in establishing processes, governance, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize solutions, and provide ongoing support.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants as the offshore team grows.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a great foundation for growth in Product Management, functional consulting, and/or business operations. The ideal candidate should be able to understand complex business processes, translate them into effective Workday configurations, and communicate seamlessly with stakeholders.
