Overview of the Role:

A senior-level Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert is required to lead a team in delivering timely, actionable analytics. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and analytical skills, with expertise in financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of analysts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of divisional analytics packs.
  • Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for business divisions.
  • Design and implement FP&A transformation initiatives to simplify and optimize planning and analysis tasks.
  • Partner with divisional finance teams to analyze business dynamics and their financial impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive annual planning and budgeting processes.
  • Coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare reports for senior leadership reviews.
  • Develop and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for decision-making purposes.
  • Enhance critical reporting capabilities through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent with 12+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Relevant FP&A expertise, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and commercial reporting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently as well as collaboratively.
