About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Community Manager to spearhead the growth of our hyperlocal community platform. This role will be instrumental in building and nurturing city-based micro-communities, collaborating with local businesses, creators, and everyday citizens to drive engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for community building, and a deep understanding of social media platforms, digital tools, and urban networks. They will be responsible for designing and executing programs that foster meaningful interactions among community members, create opportunities for contributors to shine, and help shape the overall direction of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and grow city-based WhatsApp groups, creator clubs, and interest-based channels.
  • Launch and moderate hyperlocal hubs, supporting events, creators, and contributors across various categories.
  • Develop rituals, challenges, and activities to keep members engaged and inspired.
Skillset & Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in community management, creator relations, social media, or cultural programming.
  • Strong understanding of WhatsApp-first communities, digital tools, or city-based networks.
  • Experience in organizing offline events, managing contributors, or running community-led initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in multiple languages an asset.
