We seek skilled professionals with expertise in Azure AI and ML to drive business innovation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models on the Azure ecosystem.
  • Work extensively with unstructured data sets (text, images, documents) to extract insights and build scalable solutions.
  • Apply NLP and NLG techniques to solve business problems.
  • Leverage Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Genie AI in Databricks for generative AI use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Continuously explore new algorithms, tools, and frameworks to improve model accuracy and performance.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI services, and Databricks.
  • Strong background in NLP, NLG, LLMs, and generative AI frameworks.
  • Experience with unstructured data pipelines and feature engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
  • Practical experience with Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Genie AI in Databricks is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and innovation skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability to present AI solutions to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
Candidates must have a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, random forests, support vector machines, neural networks, and deep learning architectures.Candidates must also have hands-on experience with popular machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.Familiarity with cloud-based platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform is a plus.Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases is also desirable.Candidates should be proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and C++.A strong understanding of software development principles, agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git is required.Candidates should be able to work in a collaborative environment and communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.They should also be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, AI/ML, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications like Certified Data Scientist or Certified AI Engineer are a plus.
