Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI professional with a strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and optimizing AI models, with a deep understanding of both statistical theory and modern AI techniques.

You will work on high-impact projects, from prototyping to production, collaborating with engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to solve complex problems using AI.

The successful candidate will research, design, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for predictive and generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced statistical methods to improve model robustness and interpretability.
  • Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and ensemble techniques.
  • Perform large-scale data analysis to identify patterns, biases, and opportunities for AI-driven automation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: PhD or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, with expertise in algorithm development and optimization.
  • Proficiency: SQL, Python and visualization tools (Power BI).

Soft Skills:

  • Curious and able to explain complex findings simply.
