Job Overview

The Service Coordinator role is a vital position that requires excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

As the primary point of contact for customers, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing service requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

This is an on-site full-time role located in Bengaluru, where you will have the opportunity to work with our esteemed customers and support engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers' service calls, providing timely and accurate responses.
  2. Assess customers' technical support needs.
  3. Maintain and track service records.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance customer service strategies.
  6. Evaluate services and help identify areas of improvement.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction by regularly following up with customers about service delivery.
  8. Support the onboarding of new customers by providing guidance and resources.
  9. Resolve basic technical issues over email/call/remote support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Quick learner, self-motivated, and confident.
  • Knowledge of call management systems.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of data entry and record-keeping practices.

Education and Experience
  • Any graduate degree.
  • Having at least 0-3 years of experience as a customer care representative.
  • Relevant experience in the IT infrastructure industry is a plus.
