Job Overview

The Listing Executive plays a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the daily tasks associated with listing and managing diamond inventory. This includes coordinating with suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality diamonds, as well as maintaining accurate product information on various platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Accurately list and manage diamond inventory, ensuring timely updates and corrections are made accordingly.
  • Supplier Coordination: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to guarantee efficient delivery of premium diamonds.
  • Product Information Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is displayed across multiple platforms, encompassing descriptions, pricing, and images.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Gemology, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills are necessary for building strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Knowledge of diamond grading and pricing is also crucial for making informed decisions.
  • Experience in the jewelry industry is highly valued but not mandatory.
