Job Role:

Inventory Coordinator

The primary objective of this position is to ensure accurate inventory management.

  1. Stock Verification: Compare warehouse management system with physical stock counts for accuracy.
  2. Inventory Tracking: Monitor inward quantity, ordered processed quantity, and cancelled quantity against available stock levels.
  3. Periodic Stock Take: Plan and conduct thorough stock counts quarterly for all customers.
  4. Inventory Accuracy: Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy at 99.65% and minimize losses below 0.03%.
  5. Audit Support: Coordinate and provide necessary data to internal/external auditors.
  6. Loss Prevention: Design and implement strategies to prevent loss of high-value items.
  7. Warehouse Management: Reduce damages to inventory in the warehouse.
  8. Daily Counting: Verify daily packing material counts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree with strong analytical skills.
  • 5-7 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with various order processing software.
