Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our GSF FC operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our Fulfillment Centers, focusing on delivery performance, process improvement, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end operations, coordinating workflows, and executing inbound and outbound processes to meet customer delivery promises.
  • Drive performance management, prepare training plans, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct daily audits, monitor system-generated routing solutions, and provide viable alternatives.
  • Stand-in for Area Manager and lead meetings, direct job duties, and allocate labor as needed.
  • Perform in-depth problem-solving, train associates on Amazon standard operating procedures, and ensure proper tools are available.
  • Communicate with internal and external suppliers, report systemic issues, and participate in safety and operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in English (read, write, and speak)
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 based on industry standards and location factors.
