Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team of architects and senior architects on various projects from concept design to handover.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing design and delivery for a range of project types in different settings, ensuring that projects meet the design goals of clients and strive for excellence in design.

The role requires collaboration with team members, digital designers, and project stakeholders to develop design concepts and bring them to life. Effective communication between the project team, clients, contractors, and consultants is also essential.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to anticipate and resolve complex technical and design issues, provide innovative solutions to resolve design and technical challenges, and undertake detailed design work on projects.

Maintaining existing client relationships and conducting periodic meetings with clients and consultants to coordinate architectural needs and requirements are also key responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred
  • Extensive portfolio of work, preferably in real estate and corporate campuses
  • Demonstrable experience in large projects
  • Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring project teams
  • Strong creative and visualization skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
