Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Director to support the project management team in delivering projects on time, within scope, and to required quality standards.

The successful candidate will assist with planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, coordinating between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. They will track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, risk assessments, and meeting minutes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities and ensure effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Schedule Management: Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, risk assessments, and meeting minutes.
  • Resource Allocation: Assist in tracking resource allocation to ensure team members have necessary tools, information, and time to complete tasks.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies under senior project manager guidance.
  • Quality Control: Monitor project activities to ensure work meets established standards, specifications, and client requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with clients, team members, and stakeholders to manage expectations and track project progress.
  • Support to Senior PMs: Provide administrative and logistical support to senior project managers to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement by identifying areas for efficiency gains in project management practices.
