Seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale solar power projects. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, managing resources, and overseeing project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement detailed project plans.
  • Develop project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Project Execution & Monitoring

  • Oversee end-to-end project execution from initiation to commissioning.
  • Ensure strict adherence to scope, cost, and timelines.
  • Monitor daily site progress and coordinate with engineers and contractors.

Engineering & Technical Oversight

  • Review and validate engineering designs and technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical, civil, and mechanical design standards.
  • Provide technical guidance to engineering and site teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Energy or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale solar EPC / Utility / C&I projects.
  • Proven track record of handling MW-scale solar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, project execution methodologies, and renewable energy regulations.
