About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Project Engineer to oversee and manage our Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical Engineering and solid technical knowledge of solar energy systems. This is a hands-on role involving design review, site supervision, execution coordination, and ensuring the timely and quality delivery of solar PV projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Planning, execution, and monitoring of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV installations.

· Oversee site surveys, system design reviews, and BOQ preparation.

· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.

· Ensure compliance with relevant electrical and safety standards.

· Troubleshoot and resolve site issues efficiently.

· Prepare project reports and documentation.

· Liaise with clients for technical support and progress updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering .

· Strong understanding of solar PV technology, components, and system architecture.

· Experience with design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope) is a plus.

· Familiar with government policies, DISCOM regulations, and solar subsidy norms (preferred).

· Proficient in project management and technical documentation.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred Experience:

· 2–5 years of experience in solar EPC or solar energy project implementation.

· Hands-on experience in solar PV installations, commissioning, and O&M.
